Hot Mix Asphalt

Peckham Materials Corp., subsidiary of PII, manufactures and sells Hot Mix Asphalt (HMA) at nine plants located throughout eastern New York. Our plants are designed to provide high productivity and superior quality material, while operating in compliance with environmental regulations. Our HMA is supplied to residential, commercial, and heavy highway markets.

PII uses state-of-the-art computer-controlled batch and drum plants to meet the needs of our customers. But our services extend far beyond providing material that meets DOT specifications. Certified quality control technicians and modern testing lab equipment support each of our plants by maintaining strict standards on all HMA produced. Our knowledgeable experienced staff is available to help you work through difficult technical applications.

In addition to our stationary HMA plants, we operate a portable hot mix drum plant to meet the needs of remote communities or high production requirements on major construction projects. Our skilled crew can mobilize, set up and produce high quality HMA in a matter of weeks.

In addition to our stationary plants, we operate portable crushing plants to meet the needs of remote or temporary construction projects. Our skilled crew can mobilize, set up and produce high quality sand, gravel and crushed stone in a matter of days.
