October, 2007 Customer Feedback

Hoosick Falls Quarry, NY

Good morning:

I realize this email address is listed as for customer feedback, and I'm not a customer, but I had to write...

My name is Ron Brown and I drive tractor trailer [dump trailer] for Ski Lodge Land Corp.

For the past five weeks, I have had the pleasure of working for your company, hauling out of the William E. Dailey - North Hoosick, NY facility.

In all the years that I have been doing this kind of work, I have never had experiences like the ones I've had there.... not even at my own company.

The people at North Hoosick are exceptional. They are polite, courteous and friendly. They go out of their way to make you feel welcome, and important. They ask you for your name, so you are not referred to as "hey you" or "driver". The loader operators are not only safe, but professional. They do not spill the product all over the ground, or the side of the trailer. They do not slam the product in to your trailer... but treat your equipment with respect.

They actually TALK with you... utilizing CB radios to keep you informed of what product you need to get and where it is located... and maybe pass along a joke or two in the process.

The roadways at this facility are kept clean and well-maintained. You do not have to worry about blowing a tire or rim, or worse...

THIS is the type of place and the environment I would like to work in some day!

All of the people there: Cheryl, Dick, Jack, Ron and Steve... my compliments... and my thanks. They are 'quality'.

Sincerely:

Ronald Steve Brown
